Reporting

No Means No

Reporting

So, first thing is first PROOF, thats is the ultimate word on reporting anything. PROOF IS ALWAYS REQUIRED!

Why? without any proof, all it is, is hearsay, and thats one of the things that No Means No is here to prevent. Obviously if the information being reported is of a nature thats serious, we will of course listen, interact and take action accordingly and names added to specific private lists.

BUT for any onward process, proof gives No Means No the blatant proven information that we can act on with immediate effect. Whether thats publicly naming or whether it has more to do with a police issue or legal matter etc.

How to report? Simply drop us a dm on our TE page or send us an email. From that point we can either discuss via there or arrange a call/video chat if/when required for any further detail.

Best practice on reporting:

* DO NOT FORGET - to let us know if you wish to be kept nameless on any issue reporting, it is absolutely not a problem to be nameless, as long as you are comfortable that is the main part.

1. Send us a dm/email with the issue/person that is needing to be reported.

2. Send any proof to back up the issue/person being reported.

3. Any other parties involved, let us know and let us know if they are contactable or to be left anonymous.

That is the basics, from the first points above we can then look into the issue being reported, perform our due diligence and investigation where required, and then advise you of what actions can be taken next.

Anyone being reported are added to our watchlist until our outcome is complete - then they are either removed from any list or added to an 'avoid list'.

With anyone, they are always welcome to. contact us and ask about photographers and models if they are safe to work with. If someone contacts to say ive been approached by 'photographer name/model name' to shoot, "do you have anything on file for them? - we will always answer with simplistic 'yes or no' if we say yes, that is all you need to know.

We are not saying do or dont work with x person, UNLESS they are on the avoid list. The avoid list is for proven serious issues. And we would simply state 'we cannot recommend working with said person'

We try to be as transparent as possible 100% of the time, and endeavour to be as helpful as possible at all times. Whilst keeping to strict morals and conduct of professionalism. After all, we are not witchhunting, gossip mongering etc.
